Kenny Hallaert

After studying to be an electrician, Kenny Hallaert discovered poker somewhat by chance, when he came across a banner for a poker site following a bet on FC Brugge. He started playing a lot, especially online and in Belgium, and soon became a tournament organizer in Namur and SPA alongside Bernard de Breyne.

In parallel with his activities, he played more and more and accumulated good results online, before landing his first big final table, at the EPT Deauville 2011, where he finished 6th in an event won by Lucien Cohen, taking home €155,000. 

In 2016, he reached the final table of the WSOP Main Event, becoming the second Belgian in history to achieve this feat, just one year after Pierre Neuville's 7th-place finish. Kenny eventually finished the event in 6th place for 1.4 million.

Kenny repeats the feat of reaching the WSOP Main Event final table in July 2025, where he improves on his best result by finishing 4th for 3 million, his biggest result to date on the live circuit. 

Other big results include 10th place in the $111,111 High-Roller for One Drop for $295,131 and 3rd place in the WSOP $5,000 Short-Handed for $238,855.

3rd on the Belgian All-Time Money List behind Davidi Kitai and Pierre Neuville, Kenny Hallaert has also excelled online for many years under the alias "SpaceyFCB", where he has won three SCOOP titles.
