Already 141 entrants to the High-Roller

The €600 Oktoberfest High Roller kicked off at 6pm at the Circus Casino Resort in Namur. There's already more than €68,000 in the prizepool, as the organization has registered 141 entrants as Level 5 draws to a close.

119 players are currently competing in blinds 200 - 500 (500). With a starting stack of 50,000 chips and an average of 59,000 chips, the game has already got off to a good start. It will continue for a total of 11 half-hour levels.

Isncriptions/re-entries are open until the end of the first level of Day 2, at 2.30pm on Sunday, half an hour after the restart.

The prize pool shouldn't be too far off the €100,000 mark!

After 5 hours 30 minutes of poker and 11 levels, 76 of the 192 entrants on Day 1 of the Oktoberfest €600 High Roller have qualified for Sunday's Final Day.

Resumption at 2 p.m. with open registration/re-entry for the first 30-minute level... after which the tournament will be played in freezout mode.

The average is 126,000 chips, with Dominique Potenza currently ahead of the pack with 315,000 chips - just over six times the starting stack.
