This final chance to reach Day 2 at 2pm on Saturday features 15 quarter-hour levels. The prizepool has provisionally reached €653,000, and it's going up again on Day 1G

Over 100 players on the Turbo

Level 4 is underway, with just over 100 players competing in blinds 300 - 600 (600) with 115 incoming for the time being. The Flight 1 H Turbo is now the only way to try and get through to Day 2 for those who aren't in the running. more in Day 1G... 

With 3197 entries after 7 departure daysWinter's attendance provisionally climbs to 3,312 entrants for a prizepool of €671,000. Registrations are open until midnight 40, so there's plenty of time to get the ball rolling!

Level 8 has just begun on Day 1H Turbo, the last day of the Winter Festival. 

A break will take place at the end of this level, followed by Level 9, at the end of which registration will be closed for the €250 Main Event. With 178 entrants in this 1H, provisional attendance has provisionally climbed to 3,375, generating a prizepool of €683,000 for the time being! 

This is the highest ever attendance figure for poker in Namur...

3,423 Winter entrants, €689,392 prizepool!

Registration is now closed for the Turbo 1H, the last of the eight starting days of the €250 Winter Festival Main Event. With 226 additional entries, a total of 3,423 were accumulated over the Winter Festival, a record attendance in Namur.

The winners will share €689,392, with a first prize of around €100,000 for a starting stake of €250!

The average chip count for this Turbo is 77,000, with four 15-minute levels still to play. There are 147 players still in the running on this last chance to reach Day 2. at 2 p.m. on Saturday...

Day 1G has become the best-attended flight in the history of poker in Namur, making the Winter Festival 2024 the best-attended tournament in the history of the Circus Casino Resort in Namur.

The 15 quarter-hour levels ended with 5 final deals on 4000 - 8000 (8000) on the last-chance Turbo 1H. 58 players finally bagged up chips to bring the total to 626 qualifiers for Day 2 of the Winter Main Event. The starting field for Day 2 may shrink a little as the tournament is played in Stack choice mode ... 



Louis Dubuc came out on top on the last of the eight starting days of this €250 tournament, which offers a prizepool of 689 392€! He was well helped by an open shove from the small blind for 13 blinds on Day 2... Louis paid with Ace-King to uncover 9 and 5 off and hold... 

Morgan Poisson, Marc Hansens and Noah Alem have finally jumped on the bandwagon for this tournament, which is set to offer a first prize of close to €90,000. The 9 finalists will also pocket a CPS Main Event ticket worth €2,200, now a tradition in Namur. 

Day 1G was the busiest in Namur's history, with 887 entries.with 165 qualified for Day 2...
