Moh Ladal dominates Day 1 of the €250 Single Re-entry Event #7

Event #7 of the €250 Havana Mystery Bounty drew 114 entrants, who generated a prizepool of €23,741 that will be distributed to the last 17 survivors of the tournament, during the Final Day on Thursday June 22nd.

28 players will return from 3 p.m. on blinds 1500 - 3000 (3000), these players have crossed the 11 levels of 30 minutes on the program of the opening day. The Final Day will be played over 40-minute levels.

The champion will walk away with €6,000, the 9 finalists will pocket €680, while the last 17 survivors will take home at least €397 for their efforts.

After a 5.30-hour day at poker , it was Mohamed Ladal who bagged up the biggest stack. With 252,000 chips and almost 85 blinds, he will be in pole position, just ahead of Patrice Chamarre (235,000) and Ingo Croes (241,000).

Damien Huppé (180,000), Steph Skippers (155,000), Joris di Gregorio (206,000), Giovanni Dupont (189,000) and Boris Noel (173,000) have put together a nice stack for the rest of the competition.

Dalil Masaud, Mihai Stinca, Scharyan Schakeri, Denis Charlier and Noah Wozney are also in with a shout...

Waiting

After 90 minutes of play, the field had shrunk from 28 to 21 players, the 17 paid places were in sight, and so was the €397 min-cash.

Returning with the smallest stack, Daniel Dodet jumped in three minutes, followed in the rail by Keiron Duncan, Mihai Stinca, Antonio Lancellotta, Seb Hebette and Jean-Yves Lestrade.

The game is played in 40-minute levels, with half an hour left to play on level 14. At the end of this level, played on blinds 2,000 - 5,000 (5,000), there will be a break for the bubble itself.

With an average of 32 blinds, there's still plenty of depth...

17:58

Bulle

Karim Ghiatt jumped to 19th place, leaving just 18 players for 17 paid seats in Event #7 Single Re-Entry at €250 per entry.

The last 17 survivors will share the €23,741 prize pool, with the next eliminated player going home empty-handed! Damien Huppé, Cristian Bogdan, Dalil Masaud, Givanni Dupont and the 'Skippers' seem certain to make it into the money, while for Corentin Bordas it's more complicated.

Short-stacked with 50,000 chips in blinds 3000 - 6000 (6000), Corentin is suffering... It's already the 8th hand-by-hand deal underway!

The average is 190,000 chips and there are 26 minutes left in this level 15, with the floor taking two minutes off the clock per deal...

Noah falls to the water

It was Noah Wozney who made the bubble in Event #7 Havana at €250 buy-in. After an hour 10 of hand by hand, Noah found two beautiful Kings and a defender... but the Ten Jack Queen flop with two spades were already dangerous.

A continuation bet paid, an all-in on a red 8 turn... a snap call to his opponent who returned 9 and 7 of diamonds and we had the bubble-boy. None of the three 9s or 4 Aces to get out of the river and Wozney misses out on the €397 min-cash.

Down to 3 blinds during the hand-for-hand and now in the money, Corentin Bordas had doubled up shortly before, and will double up again in the wake of the cash. Joris Di Gregorio, who was not far behind in the standings at the start of the day, didn't get much further.

While Schakeri Aghajan jumped straight after the bubble burst, Joris waited a few minutes before losing with Ace 6 against King-Queen all-in preflop...

There are now 15 players on two tables, in the hunt for a €6,000 first prize.

Rudy Francis wins Event #7 Havana for €5,000

There was no deal on this tournament, which allowed a single re-entry at €250 per entry. The last 5 players in the field smoothed out the payout before facing off at poker and it was Rudy Francis who emerged after a long day of poker. Behind at the start of the last duel, he made a series of winning moves before concluding with a 30-70 preflop where he hit river!

The day began at 3 p.m. with 27 players for 17 paid seats. The bubble lasted over 70 minutes and Noah Wozney finished in the worst possible position.
