Simon Dassonville keeps the trophy in Belgium

The €150 Hyper Turbo Freezout Event #8 at the Namur Classics was played on 10-minute levels... Starting at 9pm, it ended just before 1am with a Belgian success. The only local player in the money, after Pieter Stragier's bubble (6th), Simon Dassonville finally landed the trophy, cashing in for €1,250. 

He is ahead of Dutchmen Davie Valberg, runner-up for €1,055 after a heads-up finish, and Wilhelmus Schaerlaeckens (€600). A Greek and a German complete the Club of 5, as the last 5 players in contention shared the €3,726 prize pool.
