7 Sur 7

The final starting day of the Belgian Poker Challenge 2024 Main Event got underway at 9pm, with 11 25-minute levels on the program.

This seventh and final start day of the main tournament will end at around 1.30 a.m., leaving BPC contenders with no choice but to register between the start days and the 1 p.m. start on Thursday.

Play is currently underway on level 4 and blinds 200 - 500 (500) with 50 players in contention for 56 entrants.

The figure will rise again, but Day 1G saw attendance climb to 1,137 entrants, with the prizepool now standing at €1,092,150.

Noah Alem, Farid Azarkan, Jensen Bernard, Guillaume Gillet, Bryan de Riddere, Nicolas Kojovic, Fabrice Somers and Jonas Viaene are all on board...

Turbo or Not

Day 1G stretches over 11 25-minute levels, a not-so-quick flight... and while you can get 20 blinds deep on 70-minute levels on Day 2, should you put a cartridge back in and risk blowing up?

The question doesn't arise for everyone, and this 7th and final starting day has now brought together 87 entrants. There are now just 66 in the running as we enter level 7 and the 500 - 1000 blinds (1000).

With 140,000 chips, the man who just finished 9th in the WSOPC Venlo Main Event is right on schedule. Let's go Yoann Argence!

Adrien Guyon doesn't seem to be there any more, while Noah Alem, Mike Neuens (below), Badr Al Ghouch, Farid Azarkan, Andreas Gondrom, Viorel Merisan and a few other regulars are battling to bring in over 50,000 chips as Day 2 gets underway. We'll have the answer on this flight at around 1.30 a.m.!
