We play through to the ITM, with a roll-back to the lowest level of the 8 starting days, and then the structure moves backwards for Day 2 on Saturday July 5 at 1 p.m... On Day 1A, no hand by hand, when the floor asked the dealers to announce "all-in & call", two players jumped.

From Sunday to Wednesday, first break after 5 levels, between 5.30 p.m. and 5.50 p.m., with a second break after 5 levels. 70-minute dinner break from 8.20 p.m. Recordings will end when we resume on level 11, at around 9:30 p.m.. Direction money and bagging for the survivors!
Day 1B should be the quietest of the week, 40 players in the running on blinds 100 - 200 (200) with 50,000 chips and 30-minute levels.
For those who don't want to play the main tournament, a €60 sat' starts at 5pm for €250 tickets, and a €100 Kroko will offer 30,000 pawns and quarter-hour levels from 7.30pm...

 Singing in the sun
From the button, he believed in his pair of 9s and jumped. Salaheddine Amezedighet (below) was right in his boots and paid river on 2 4 5 Queen with a flush draw that never came. Busto!
Raphael Canta had defended in the big blind with a mismatched Ace 3, check-raised the flop, bet the turn and bet all in a pot of 10,000 river chips... 31 degrees outside and suddenly very hot at table 28.
Making the first exit of the day Raphael (below) is the first to climb into 6 figures on this second opening day of the GRND On Tour at €250 per entry. Day 1B allows late registrations until 9:35 p.m., and so far they are 62 players in the running for 71 entries....jpg)
Things are going well for TIno de Zutter who reached 100,000 chips after 90 minutes of poker. "Lots of fish at my tablelaughs the Belgian as he offers me a refreshing Tripik. It's enough to take a break on the terrace in the heat of the day and dream of the Sin City desert and Nevada. "My wife wants a divorce if I want to come all the way to Namur, so imagine if I went to Las Vegas".laughs Tino as he heads off to play no-limit Texas Holdem.
The blinds are 200 - 400 (400) with an average of 57,000 chips, the tournament's attendance comes from 400 admissions thanks to a big opening day on Sunday...

 Name Dropping
Two hours of play on what should be the quietest opening day of the week, but not the hottest, as 35° is forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday... Play continues for a few minutes on blinds 200 - 500 (500) with 77 registered players for 63 seated players at the Circus Casino Resort tables in Namur.
Younes Akbal is there as well Xavier Dupuy, Yannick Loddo, Yves Seghers (in the background with Dimitri Romyns to the first, editor's note), Eddy Sebastianutti, François-Louis Vlasis, Eric Goffin, Bart Maes, Milan Moutiaux (left below) or Giuseppe Genco Belgium side. Aurélie Sampaio, Anthony Bui Ngoc, Olivier Hegy, Steve Poveda, Bilal Marzouk are there for France...
Not too many Germans or Dutch yet, it's the beginning of the week, and the tournament is well on the way to 1,600 entries, but Monday's not the day to make a guarantee! Salaheddine Amezedighet (below) was the first to be eliminated after just half an hour's play...

 Late afternoon
The 6th level of Day 1B is underway, and those who were there at the start have almost played three hours of poker... the game is running on blinds 400 - 800 (800) with 70 players on track for 95 entrants. The latecomers who wanted to take advantage of the sunshine and the Walloon heatwave are starting to arrive
The average is 68,000 chips, with Serge Carniaux surprised to be at the top with 145,000. Three starting positions in just under 3 hours of play is all well and good!

 3 hours of Late Reg
Another 20 minutes of play on blinds 500 - 1000 (1000) with now a 3-digit turnout on Day 1B of the €250 entry GRND On Tour Namur. 74 players in the running for 104 entrants and 70 blinds average all going well with just under 2 hours to go before the dinner-break.
Registration closes on the first deal of level 11, after the dinner-break, so there's still 3 hours to register for this second of eight starting days.
You'll need to reach the Top 15% to slip into the money on Day 2, so things will get serious when the action resumes at around 9.35 p.m... some of you have already got a head start, like Olivier Hegy, Eddy Sebastianutti and Younes Akbal, who live next door...
Among the newcomers are many Namur acquaintances such as Flora Ghanizadeh, Salvatore Alessi, Didier Bollen, Fabio d'Annolfo, Samuel Casas and Claudio Guadagnino.

 Eddy's escape
Eddy Sebastianutti is in the lead on Day 1B of the GRND On Tour Namur 2025, with level 8 already well underway. Eddy is up to 245,000 chips in blinds 600 - 1200 (1200), while the board shows 74 players in the running for 109 entries and an average of 74,000 chips.
After a good start, Eddy opened with jacks under the gun and flopped a flush draw. There were three hearts and Eddy was check-raised by his right-hand neighbor who had defended. Younes Akbal went all-in on the turn with his heartless straight draw and Eddy paid to call his bluff. One river later, Sebastianutti was in control of the tournament. With three times the average and a big lead!

Become the star of the Kroko Classic
A little folly on the side Kroko Classic at €100 played on 15-minute levels from 7.30 p.m. onwards... in the minds of Felix Schneiders. The PokerStars player begins the televised table with the cards revealed.
So far, nothing special, but streaming is available in French and English. in German on Felix's Twitch channel. On the other hand, if you eliminate the German player, you take his Yoda of the day and have a chance of keeping him by going all the way... under the eye of the cameras, which will follow you until you bust, and your executioner takes over, until there's only one left!

 90 minutes of Late Reg
Last level for late registrations, it's already the 10th level of this Day 1B, with 20 minutes left to play on 1000 - 2000 (2000) and then it's time for a 70-minute dinner break. At the resumption at 9:30 p.m. registrations will be closed...
At the moment there are 61 entries for 114 entrants with an average of 46 blinds, Zhong Cen has just arrived while JS Denissa chips up (115,000) and announces a big showdown against Raphael Cantastill on the right track... The two men play a lot of hands together!
Julien de Meeus, Louis Lourthie or Robert Nys have also decided to put at least one caetouche on this €250,000 prizepool tournament...

 Dinner Break
The game is paused until 9:30 p.m., and the start of level 11 will mark the end of late registration... for the moment the table shows 52 players in the running for 121 entries !
The average is 115,000 chips for a return of 1,000 - 2,500 (2,500) with probably 18 places on Day 2 if there aren't too many late entries. Yannick Loddo, Serge Carniaux and Salvatore Alessi are in the right tempo... while Yassine Temsemani 6 times the starting stack in 5 hours of poker!

 122 which make 452
Registration is closed for the second of eight opening days of this €250,000 GRND On Tour tournament. The Circus Casino Resort in Namur has collected 122 additional entries to bring the provisional attendance up to 452 entries, a good start for this €250 event which should see the German crowd out in force this weekend...
The blinds are still at 1,000 - 2,500 (2,500), but the 52 players still in the running have one vital piece of information: to get into the money and reach Saturday's Day 2, you need to slip into the last 19 survivors of this flight.
The average is 117,000 chips and there are 10 minutes left to play before level 12... nothing to make Japan's Keita Hirano smile!

 Mid-course
They are 38 in the running for 19 paid places and 19 tickets for Day 2 of the GRND On Tour at €250 per entry. One player in two will reach the Top 15% on this second opening day, which brought together 122 entrants at the Circus Casino Resort in Namur.
The blinds will go up to 2000 - 5000 (5000) in 5 minutes with an average of 33 blinds on this new level. Raphael Canta and Salvatore Alessi keep up the pace, while it's all over for Samuel Casas, François-Louis VlassisClaudio Guadagnino, Mengshi Tian, Walter van Camberg (photo)Flora Ganizeh or Aurélie Sampaio...

 Last Break?
After 14 levels and 7 hours of poker, 33 players are on break.
Resumption on blinds 3000 - 6000 (6000) with 31 blinds still on average... It's finito for Didier Bollen, Bart Maes, Fabio d'Annolfo, Guillaume Bertozzi...

 Checkpoint
The game continues on blinds 3000 - 6000 (6000) with 32 players since Christopher Koning has disappeared. The Frenchman sent in his last blinds with Ace Valet, Antoine De Loze (photo) called King Ten to take him out and climb to 350,000 chips. A nice stack, but not top of the line...
Chipcount
Anthony Caltagirone 445,000
Ilkay Mutlu 435,000
Yves Seghers 355,000
Eric Lamaze 332,000

Yassine Temsamani 240,000
Giuseppe Farrugio 228,000
Steve Poveda 215,000
Stelvio Iovine 192,000
Keita Hirano 185,000
Harrie Snijders 171,000
Yannick Loddo 142,000

 La Monnaie arrives
The field is shrinking, with only 26 players left, while the blinds are about to rise... We're still playing on 4000 - 8000 (8000) but without Louis Lourthie who lost Ace 7 to Ace King at Yassine Temsamani who is now up to 35 blinds.
The next step is Yves Seghers who makes the most of his Kings by seeing Anthony Caltagirone (above) bet King 5 Jack Jack Ten with a flush draw turn. Anthony hesitates for a very long time over a raise from Yves and says he passed Ace Valet... he drops to 440,000 chips on this move while Seghers climbs to almost half a million, at the top of the leaderboard.
Behind, it's Yannick Loddo who jumped, eliminated by Aaeron Wrighting... the Dutchman took the opportunity to climb to 430,000 pawns. Steve Gilles (right below) is finished off by the Kings of the Japanese field, Keita Hirano waking up with Kings against the opponent's Ace 2...
Eddy Sebastianutti has just had a big stroke of luck, doubling with the Kings against the Aces of Steve Poveda. Steve's not fresh at all, while Eddy's 330,000 is above average at 30 blinds.

 Almost there
The money is closing in as the game is played on blinds 5000 - 10,000 (10,000).
Harrie Snijders jumped 25th in a big pot against Ilkay Mutlu. The latter defended before checking-raise with second pair and a belly... before calling when Harrie 3-bet all-in on the flop. The Dutchman returned Ace Jack for a high and nothing came to save him.
Behind, Axel Aygoun a 3-bet shove Ace 6 from small blind to hear Serge Craniaux raise a big blind with the kings. And no miracle for Axel (24th)! The average falls a little but rises again with the work ofIlkay Mutlu. The latter takes care of Sajjid Miah, eliminated with 7 2 for his last 3 blinds, bringing the field down to 21 players!
Antoine de Loz then finds a big double-up with King 8 against the 9 at Yves Seghers who opened at the cutoff. And the blinds will go up in 5 minutes, towards 6,000 - 12,000 (12,000)!

 Serge no longer skulls
Whereas Valentin Di Clemente wins a major coup by promoting trips against Salvatore Alessiis Raphael Canta who slips into the danger zone, first by being bluffed by the same Salvatore Alessi. A few minutes later, the Belgian sent in Ace Ten for just under 4 blinds... He's eliminated by Alessi, who finds Ace-King on this move, which comes ten minutes before the end of the level playing on 6,000-12,000 (12,000). Valentin closes in on the lead as the decisive move arrives, and the day is over.
The JS Denissa who min-raises to the button with Ace-Queen and sees Serge Craniaux (below) defend. Serge check-raises to 45,000 on the Jack 8 5 flop with two hearts and Denissa goes nowhere. On turn 3 of hearts, JS Denissa goes all-in after the opponent's check. Serge pays for 11 blinds with Jack 8, good call there's just an Ace of hearts to hope against. River 9 of hearts for flush at Denissa's and the last 19 players on Day 1B are assured of min-cash and a sesame to Day 2 at 1pm on Saturday!

 Valentine's Day in July
Winner of a big pot in which he raised with 15 minutes to go after making trips river, Valentin Di Clemente finished top of Day 1B of the GRND On Tour at 250{ buy-in. 19 players cleared the hurdle after 9 effective hours of poker, enough to bring the 69 qualifiers after two of the eight starting days of this €250,000 prizepool event.
A profitable day for Eddy Sebastianutti while a third Belgian completes the podium - bravo! Yassine ! The Japanese Keita Hirano is the only one to have slipped into a 100% local Top 5... 10 Belgians and 6 French made it through the day which should be the least crowded of the festival, with 122 entries on Day 1B, this Main Event is off to a great start!
See you at 3 p.m. for the third starting day, when 50,000 chips must be earned over 30-minute levels. All that's left to advance is the Top 15%!
