Last Chance

Day 1D Turbo kicked off at 8pm, the last chance to qualify for the rest of the €330 BPC Cup 2024.

There are already 85 entrants in Level 4, and now just 75 in the running on blinds 200 - 500 (500) for this fourth and final starting day of the opening event of the Belgian Poker Challenge 2024.

The provisional attendance is therefore 964 entrants for a prizepool of almost €260,000!

Play is paused on Day 1D Turbo, with 80 players returning to blinds 400 - 800 (800) for the 6th level of this final day of qualifiers played over 20-minute levels.

14 levels are on the program, with registration open until 11.50 p.m... enough to boost attendance even further!

Turbo 1D has so far welcomed 103 players, bringing the provisional total to 982 and the prize pool to €266,515.

4-figure attendance... 1,033 entries for Cup BPC 2024

Registration is now closed for Day 1D, and thus for the €330 BPC Cup to open the Belgian Poker Challenge 2024 festival. With the 154 entrants on the fourth and final starting day, attendance has climbed to 1,033 entrants... for a final prizepool of just over €280,000

With just under three levels and an hour to go on this flight of 14 20-minute levels, it's finito for Pierre Neuville, Fred Blehaut and Florian Moreno, all of whom were eliminated after the re-entries.

For the 70 players still in contention, the aim is to make up enough chips to reach Saturday's 1 p.m. Day 2, which will resume on 2000 - 4000 (4000) with 40-minute levels...

39 players through 1D, 229 qualified for Day 2

The 4 starting days of the €330 BPC Cup have come to an end, with a staggering 1,033 entries. The players in the money will share €280,000!

On the occasion of Day 1D Turbo, which was spread over 14 levels of 20 minutes, 39 players validated their ticket in-extremis for Day 2 at 1pm on Saturday. Resumption on 2000 - 4000 (4000) with 40-minute levels... heading for the last two or three tables on Sunday for a streamed Final Day with the cards revealed.



Germany's Orhan Virus put together the biggest stack of the 39 qualifiers with 382,500 chips, or just over 12 starting stacks in 4 hours 40 of poker. Rami Awad, Aurélie Dassi, Mehdi Malinowski, new Team Pro Kenny Hallaert, Gilles Masaud, Evert Rossee, Abdel Chenoufi, Gaetan Voinson, Mohammed Boudazdit, Glenn Laureys and Djamal Boutaleb will also be taking part on Saturday. 

A game from which around 70 players will have to be ejected to reach the paid places...
