Can I cancel an order?
An order can be cancelled at any time during the order process as long as payment has not been finalised. To do so, go to the " My orders " section of your account. There you will find all your orders, identified by a number and a status. Orders with a Pending status can be cancelled by clicking on the 3 dots at the top right and then "Cancel order". To get started, make sure you've added your friend's details to the ' My Players ' section of your account. To do this, click on the "Add a new player" link and fill in all the mandatory fields (*).
