A soccer star who first played for FC Barcelona before joining Paris Saint-Germain in 2017, Neymar Jr has always been a lover of cards.
When asked what he would do after his soccer career, the captain of Brazil's national team declared that he could see himself as a professional at poker to continue traveling and playing cards.
Sponsored by PokerStars, he is often seen playing in the biggest tournaments on the online site, as well as taking part in big live tournaments, such as the EPT Barcelona 2018, where he took part in a €25,000 High-Roller, and the €2,200 EPT National.
A true enthusiast of the game, Neymar Jr recently declared: "I don't know what's worse between taking a penalty kick in the final of a competition or bluffing a hand in a huge pot". Which just goes to show how much he takes this game to heart, a game for which he has shown a real passion for several years now.
