"I was lucky, I had all the right cards, otherwise I wouldn't have won," says Kevin Fluegel, champion of the €550 CPS Cup a few seconds after his coronation. "I come to Namur because I like the atmosphere and the town, I must have come 5-6 times, I only play here", added the German player after rolling over in the final.

Chipleader at the start of the day and the final, Kevin surfed to victory. By the post-dinner resumption he had only opponents under 18 blinds.
With 38 million against 4 (10 blinds) for his final opponent, the final duel did not drag on and Fluegel concluded on his first match point with Queen 9 against Ace 3!
There were four Dutch players in the final, and while Egi Adriaans didn't make the cut and was quickly sent packing, the other three slipped into the Top 6 to take a €2,200 CPS Main Event ticket as well as a five-figure payout. "I'm not going to play tomorrow but yes I'm going to use the ticket this year," finished the winner before going off to celebrate with his Swiss pals...
Pel Nieuwenhuis also won another deep-run at the Circus Casino Resort in Namur. The Dutchman triumphed on the Winter to turn €250 into €90,000 without a deal, and this time he has a lucrative podium... in a final where there were no Belgians.
The Belgians' best run came to an end when Mehidi Sahli exited in 11th place... They were four at the start of the day with 23 survivors from a field of 1,054 entrants, but the first two victims of this Day 3 contested over 50-minute levels were unfortunately regulars at the Circus Casino Resort in Namur.
The final was streamed with the cards revealed and the Final Day was spread over just over 9 hours of poker... Make way for the Mystery Bounty, which guarantees a €300,000 prizepool, and the Main Event, which guarantees a €750,000 prizepool and kicks off on Tuesday at 1pm with a crazy structure!
